b'ezrat HaShem / with the help of G‑d The Turkish Flag Flew Over the Temple Mount and Was RemovedThe Temple Mount Faithful Movement asks the Attorney General to investigate if Turkey is responsible for abominating the most Holy Place of Israel and Israel's sovereignty on the holy Temple MountOn Thursday, June 10, 2010, Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, while thousands of Israelis were planning to surround the Temple Mount, as we do every Rosh Chodesh following the biblical tradition at the beginning of each new month, we were shocked to see the Turkish flag being raised over the Temple Mount as a follow-up to the Gaza flotilla clash. At the same time, the Israeli authorities in Jerusalem banned thousands of Jews from holding our monthly march around the ancient gates of the sacred site of the Holy Jewish Temple. The authorities explained the reason for the ban was "security concerns". These awful events raised up Jewish anger. Everyone felt so bad that the most Holy Place of the Jewish people -- the most holy site of the House of G‑d -- was abominated, desecrated and humiliated. It was dreadful to see the photos of the Turkish flag waving over the Holy Temple Mount, where the First and Second Holy Temples stood, and where the Third Holy Temple is soon to be built. The pictures were published on the Turkish Web site http://pls48.net/ and they indicated that Turkey is responsible for this grave and serious anti-Israeli act. The Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement is calling upon the Israeli government to complain to the Turkish ambassador and even to cut-off all Israeli diplomatic relationship with Turkey if the investigation reveals that the extremist Islamic, anti-Israeli Turkish government bears responsibility for this despicable act, especially as it comes after the violent flotilla assault, which came to murder Israeli soldiers and to violate Israel's sovereignty. Israelis feel, especially after the Gaza flotilla clash and the continual anti-Israeli rhetoric coming from the Prime Minister of Turkey in past months and particularly now, that Turkey, along with its extreme Islamist leadership, is increasingly becoming an enemy of Israel. Mr. Erdogan and his government are cooperating with the president of Iran, who calls repetitively to remove Israel from the map of the world. Mr. Erdogan is also cooperating with the Arab-Islamic enemies of Israel and the terror organizations that are fighting against Israel, such as Hamas and Hezbollah. Jewish sages traditionally have warned that when Turkey (who, until its Islamic movement came into power, was a close friend of Israel) turns against Israel and becomes her enemy, then the end-time Gog and Magog War will begin. However, while Turkey is becoming a closer ally with the Arab and Islamic anti-Israeli nations, her extremist Islamic government is at the same time becoming more and more anti-Western. It appears the extremist Islamic Prime Minister of Turkey is doing everything in order to re-establish a new Islamic caliphate, which he will lead with the intention of placing the Islamic caliphate on the Holy Temple Mount in Jerusalem. In this way he has the illusion that he can remove the Almighty G‑d of Israel and His people from the Holy Temple Mount. In this context it is not an accident that the Turkish flag was raised over the Holy Temple Mount, even for a temporary time, as a symbol and indication of Prime Minister Erdogan's Islamic goals to control the entire Islamic world. We should be reminded that the historical Islamic agenda is for the entire world to be under the dominion of Islam. It is such a tragedy that the Western world, and especially the president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, are blind to understanding what the Islamic world is preparing, not only for Israel, but for the Western world to come under the control of Islam, along with the entire world. One blogger pointed out that the awful incident of the Islamic Turkish flag waving over the most holy site of the Jewish Temple, the Holy Temple Mount, coincided with the furor over a project by Muslims to build a 13-story mosque near Ground Zero, where Muslim terrorists cruelly attacked and destroyed the Twin Towers of the World Center in New York on September 11, 2001, killing nearly 3,500 innocent people. All of this clearly indicates that the end-time war that the prophet Ezekiel called the Gog and Magog War against Israel is at the door, as we wrote about just recently. The destruction of Israel is the main goal of Islam today, as fundamentalist Muslims know that Israel is the only obstacle standing in the way of the fulfillment of their evil schemes, and that "the removal of Israel from the map of the world" will open the door for them to control the entire sleeping Western world with its Judeo-Christian ethics. It is such a tragedy that the Western world, along with the leadership of the president of the United States, the European Union, and the United Nations, are backing the Arab and Islamic enemies of Israel, and are encouraging and even joining them when they blatantly and violently attack Israel exactly as happened with the Gaza flotilla clash at sea. The Western world, under the leadership of the present American administration, might awaken one day; however as it appears, it will be too late for them. Prophetically we are assured that G‑d will never accept any person or nation that betrays Him and His chosen people Israel. As G‑d prophetically promised, He will judge all of them (Ezekiel 38 & 39, Obadiah, Zechariah 12, Joel 4 [Joel 3 in the Christian Bible]). At the same time, He will never change His biblical end-time plans to protect and save His people Israel so that they can fulfill the eternal goal that He gave to them: "to be a holy nation, a kingdom of priests and to be a light to the nations" (Exodus 19:5,6). We are calling the Western world to wake-up and remove the blindness from their eyes. Maybe there is still hope for the Western world to change their ways, and to fight and stop the agents of the evil enemy. At this critical hour we are calling them to carefully consider their ways and to refrain from joining the evil that is preparing to destroy them and not only Israel. This is a bugle call for them to align themselves with the good and moral side, with the G‑d and people of Israel, who at this critical time are together rebuilding the Kingdom of G‑d in the Holy Land on the Holy Temple Mount and Jerusalem for the godly moral future of mankind. At this grave and very critical hour we are calling everyone in Israel and all over the world to stand with the Temple Mount and Land of Israel Faithful Movement and to help her both spiritually and practically to bring to pass the end-time plan and vision of the Almighty G‑d of Israel.
